FI Light check locations in Auckland

Hello just wondering what places In Auckland check for FI error codes? I have tried to get into dealer mode with no luck.

My bike wouldnt start this morning seemed like flat batt. Batt read 11.6V. Hoping it is the battery nothing else. But decided best get the FI checked (has not caused any issues.
